A room block is a set of hotel rooms reserved at a special rate for your event guests. I manage all communication and coordination with the hotel so your guests have a smooth booking experience—and you have one less thing to stress about.

There is no fee for room block sourcing and coordination—it’s a complimentary service I offer to support your event planning.

Each bag is custom-curated for your event and guests—think snacks, drinks, a welcome note, local touches, and any special items you’d like to include. I handle the sourcing, assembly and delivery to the hotels so everything is ready when guests arrive. This service is offered as an add-on to my room block booking service. Pricing depends on quantity and selections.
