  • It depends! I charge a planning fee based on the complexity of the trip and the number of travelers. This allows me to dedicate the time and care needed to create a personalized, luxury experience for you. Fees will always be discussed upfront.

  • A room block is a set of hotel rooms reserved at a special rate for your event guests. I manage all communication and coordination with the hotel so your guests have a smooth booking experience—and you have one less thing to stress about.

  • There is no fee for room block sourcing and coordination—it’s a complimentary service I offer to support your event planning.

  • Each bag is custom-curated for your event and guests—think snacks, drinks, a welcome note, local touches, and any special items you’d like to include. I handle the sourcing, assembly and delivery to the hotels so everything is ready when guests arrive. This service is offered as an add-on to my room block booking service. Pricing depends on quantity and selections.

  • Currently, this service is available for events in the Chicagoland area. If your event is elsewhere, let’s chat—options may be available depending on your location.
